A humanoid figure starts standing upright with feet together and arms at its sides in a relaxed neutral pose. The character suddenly assumes a crouched position by dropping down low with knees bent deeply and both hands reaching forward as if preparing to catch something invisible. Then explosively the figure leaps upward while throwing the right arm back like drawing an imaginary bowstring, torso twisting slightly to the left as the body coils for maximum power. As the jump reaches its apex the character releases the phantom arrow by snapping the right arm forward and downward in a powerful releasing motion while the left hand stabilizes by extending outward to the side. During this airborne archery release the legs tuck slightly toward the chest and the torso remains twisted with shoulders aligned toward the imaginary target. As gravity takes effect and descent begins the figure prepares for landing by extending both feet downward positioning them shoulder-width apart. Upon impact the knees bend deeply to absorb the force while the right arm continues its follow-through motion pointing toward the target before slowly returning to neutral as stability is regained in normal standing height with arms falling back to rest at the sides.
